Nebula is a digital audio workstation for Windows and Linux, made for getting ideas down quickly while keeping you in control of your sounds.
What you can do
- Launch clips live in the session view, with scenes and quantised launching so everything stays in time.
- Arrange on a timeline with tracks, patterns and clips, a drum rack and a built-in sample browser.
- Play and shape sounds with built-in instruments (synth, bass, pad, drums, sampler, FM) and effects, from the on-screen piano, your computer keyboard or a MIDI keyboard.
- Mix with per-track faders, pan, a reverb return and a master channel.
- Make your own instruments with the visual instrument designer, and extend Nebula through the public SDK.
- No strings attached. No licence keys, no activation and no locked features. What you make with it is yours.
Nebula is in pre-alpha, so expect rough edges. The source code is private for now.
